Hello my dear readers, so happy to be once again sharing with you my latest discoveries.
Not so long ago I had the oportunity to collaborate on a campaign for Hollie Watman, a swimwear and athleisure brand, influenced by vibrant prints, a passion for world travel and a bond girl mentality, something that is so dear to my heart and I wear as a badge of honor.
One of the many things that I loved from Hollie Watman is her athleisure line, the great designs, vibrant prints and the concept of the brand, is somethig that I can easily identify myself with.
Thanks to all the great designs from her athleisure line, I have been inspired and motivated to work out again really really hard, something that is so easy to forget, especially when you have to do so many things, I am working on balancing my life between motherhood, modeling, wife, blogging... Oh gosh, I got exhausted already just thinking about this list. There are no excuses at all! Let's do this girls!!!
Hola mis queridisimos lectores, muy contenta de poder compartir con ustedes mis mas ultimos descubrimientos!Hace poco tuve la oroportunidad de conocer y colaborar en una campaña para la marca Hollie Watman una linea de vestidos de baño y ropa deportiva que se enfoca en estampados coloridos, diseños modernos y la mujer apasionada por el viaje con una mentalidad tipo chica Bond, muy de acuerdo al estilo de vida que llevo y me apasiona. Algo que me enacanta de su ropa deportiva es la versatilidad de sus diseños, los cuales facilmente pueden ser usados en tus tiempos libres y no sentirse uniformada para el gimnasio. Esta es una marca con un concepto con el cual me identifico. Gracias a los diseños de su linea deportiva, me han inspirado a volver y retomar mi entrenamiento muy seriamente que como todos sabemos es facil olvidarse, especialmente cuando tenemos tantos compromisos. Yo trato de poner en balance mi vida de madre, esposa, modelo, bloguera, productora....Dios, ya me canse de solo pensar en esta lista. Pero ya no hay mas excusas!Hagamos todo esto chicas!!!
But there is no more time to waist and to procrastinate, it is time to put those resolutions to the test once and for all and thanks to my daily motivation I want to also share with you, these two smoothies I have been making for energy boost and post workouts, that not only are amazing, but are delicious too!
For an energy boost I like to mix these ingredients:
One spoon of coffee, coconut milk, banana, cashews, table spoon of coconut oil, a bit of coconut sugar, reishi and chaga mushrooms powder. This really puts me in a good mood.
The reishi mushroom is also know as the mushroom of the eternal youth, due to its healing and restorative proporties. It is an immune modulator, it reagulates and tunes the immune system.
No hay tiempo para aplazar ni andar con dilaciones, hay que poner esas resoluciones a prueba, y gracias a mi motivación diaria, también quiero compartir con ustedes estos dos batidos que me he estado preparando para aumentar la energia y después del ejercicio para la recuperación. Son mágicos y deliciosos!
Este batido es perfecto para energizar:
Una cucharada de cafe, leche de coco, banano, marañon, una cucharada de aceite de coco, un poquito de azucar de coco y un poco de hongo reishi y chaga. Me pone de muy buen animo, físico y mental.
El hongo reishi, tambien conocido como el hongo de la eterna juventud, promueve la logevidad y mantiene la vitalidad del cuerpo reforzando el sistema inmunulogico.
For a post workout I like to mix these ingredients a smoothie:
Coconut milk, banana, kale. cashews and moringa powder.
Some benefits of the moringa are:
* Daily consumption of moringa as part of the diet improves body’s natural defense mechanism.
*It possesses the ability to filter out impurities that are deeply rooted within the skin and has an amazing detoxifying and rejuvenating properties.
El otro batido que me encanta es perfecto para depsues del ejercicio: Leche de coco, banano, kale, marañones y moringa.Algunos de los beneficios de la moringa son: El consumo diario de moringa como parte de la dieta mejora el mecanismo de defensa natural del cuerpo.* Posee la capacidad de filtrar las impurezas que están profundamente arraigados dentro de la piel y tiene una increíble y desintoxicante propiedades rejuvenecedoras.
